Personal property should be what the furnishings are worth, and I would do around 6-9 months for loss of income.

I have been approached by a company that focuses on business travelers for longer stays that would like to rent and furnish my place and then they would be renting it out on weekly/monthly basis.

@Chris PicciurroI’m not a real estate professional and the 4plex units are all furnished and I rent them to travel nurses so there is a lot of furnature I own in there.

I'm nervous to invest in furnishing this home after seeing so many people moving to long term. 

The form asks for total acquisition cost: I purchased the condo furnished and would have no idea of the cost of the existing furniture. 

My best tools are Airbnb and Furnished Finder for manually looking up comps :)
