One answer could be right under your nose, @John Guy.As the sole employee of a rental agency does this mean you work for a single investor who owns the 63 units or are there many?

After a month of being in the unit the tenant developed respiratory issues and ended up in the hospital after experiencing bloody nose and asthma attacks.

He gets an "A" for effort, but I hope he loses his license and pays through the nose.

You will have to put your nose to the grindstone for a year or so until you can replace your current income.

You need to be more realistic with your expectations or prepare to pay through the nose to get it done in time.

Previously I was debating putting money down on an investment or paying down student loans and I'm excited to say by putting in hard work and nose to the grind, I was able to pay off six figures in student loans this past year and am debt free!!!

Talk about somebody sticking their nose in where it just does not belong!

Generally when an applicant waves money under a LL's nose they want you to limit your screening and not uncover their serious warts. 

While talking nose around and ask questions about what kind of work they do, but more importantly ask what they DON'T do.
