Builders Material Outlet has some fantastic buys but its hit or miss finding your sizes.  

Didn't work very well, and it was ugly inside the house.We live in a condo that we rent out whenever we do long-term travel, so I thought...what if I install a really nice outdoor antenna in the attic or on the roof, wire it into the house to a dedicated coax outlet in the wall, and just make it a permanent fixture of the house?

Another thing I've done is to plant perennial flowers, especially multipliers like lilies and daisies.

A month after the cabin was finished he was running me a drain line and electric outlets for a dehumidifier.  

Long story short, I put in a claim with the state and they settled with me after many phone calls for a dollar amount and did considerable work to the new road (new grading, storm drains, & cleaning the outlet a block down) and my property (retaining wall, moved my driveway, etc.) to help remedy the situation. 

In a single-family house, you want the tenant to feel like it is their own home; plant flowers, take care of the place.

As you expand maybe you double-down there, maybe your response rate isn't great and you find other outlets, or maybe it's some type of combo. 

Get at least three quotes for each, but be sure you've developed a precise scope of work for the rehab and build specs for the new construction, right down to the number and location of electrical outlets and what kind of doorbell will be installed.
