Vrbo and Airbnb makes it pretty easy to self-manage.Add a great cleaning team and you are 95% of the way there.Its good to locate handymen and the like but those are easy to find on local FB groups or thumbtack.

Zoned 401-commercial. .353 acre lot7 0f 8 units updates in past 7 years. unit 8 in good condition long term(13 year tenant). all 1 bed/1bath. fully occupied. 4 units on 1st floor, 4 units on 2nd. just had the parking lot repaved spring 24', good drainage.

Maybe add into your lease that the carpet needs to be steam cleaned when they move out (they need to provide a receipt for the rental of the machine or from the cleaning service).

Booked every night for a month, doesn't even cover the mortgage, let alone the cleaning fees and maintenance of the pool, etc. and if you have a property manager, you have to be cashflow negative.
