Hello fellow BP'ers and Wholesalers.I was just thinking about something this morning that I wanted to share.Several years ago, I was fat. 

I often think about the saying 'Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered' in terms of business and real estate.

To accelerate this we are looking for ways to cut out the fat. 

The unit I live in has the oil burners (controls heat and hot water) and electrical boxes for both units.

I said don’t do that and told her to crank up a burner on the electronic stove, when it’s just about hot enough to glow you can get a light.

As an owner, you have a big fat target on you, because tenants think suing is a way to get rich.

The answer is big fat ....NO...to his request. 

@Ana RodriguezI believe everyone's goals have been moved to the back burner in some form during this time. 

To be completely honest with who ever reads this, real estate is on the back burner right now.

I cannot speak to the impact to local businesses, but of all my rentals, the ones I am least concerned about are the college rentals, which have, along with almost anything associated with higher education, had a fat enough margin to survive far longer than a 1-2 semesters of unexpected vacancy.
