As I continued to research the property I found that the adjacent property was marked as a place with environmental interest but just because it’s marked it doesn’t mean it is a violation or dangerous.

Potential investment opportunity and want to see if it makes any sense to tear down old houses and rebuild as it has a small footprint on a decent lot.

We are looking for a letter of some sort explaining the process and benefits (better than raising rent, environmentally friendly, simple billing as payment adds to next rent rather than 3rd party) We would like to replace faucets/showers/toilets with low flow options to help curbs costs as well. 

Whoever builds something there is unlikely to reuse that existing footprint.

My objectives for the half lot were to offer to sell it back to the rightful owner for what I had into it plus a few dollars for my trouble, sell it to a neighbor, sell it to a developer, build a small footprint house and rent/sell that.- Comfortable entry point.

You want T-12, T-3 and T-1, leases, any lost of and any records of improvments including warranty information, surveys, environmental reports and any other pertinent information they may have on file.

Tech companies are continuously moving here and establishing a footprint in Columbus as well.
