After we filled the duplex with amazing tenants and started making a profit, I started buying more real estate with my dad and private money partners. My wife and I, along with our amazing partners, now own 23 doors consisting of SFH, duplexes, a 5 plex, one 6 plex, and a commercial building that has an amazing coffee shop in it called Nova Coffee Co. which I started with my brother in 2018.Now, I focus on real estate and continue to purchase more buy-and-hold properties, more MTRs, flips, and our new business SIMPLE SALE LLC. which is geared towards marketing to distressed property owners for wholesale and a stronger pipeline of deals.
