I'm currently with The Dream Team at Keller Williams Greater West.

I'm planning to meet with realtors and contractors in the coming weeks to start building our dream team. 

My personal credit is nearing 800, and our businesses have established relationships with several banks' commercial departments where all of the financial responsibilities have been met over time on our part, but I didn't know if ultimately, an entity could have an independent credit rating.I have an account at a local lumber yard that reports to Dunn and Bradstreet, but upon further research, Dunn and Bradstreet didn't appear to hold much weight from the brief digging that I did.  

This is a dream of mine so I'll be watching for your updates!

I have a full time job that I love as a product design engineer and I want to fulfill my other dreams which is owning my first Multifamily home.

I can enjoy my time and do it part time and live the dream so that's part of the equation as well. 

One was 5 tons over weight!

Now that we've got kids, I wouldn't even dream of it.

@Arpan Patel  ya well in 40 years of doing this.. never really seen any EMPTY pockets folks do much.but we can always dream.

I do this for them because I have to create a future that we only dream of.
