Do you have a $139k discrepancy on your income stream and you already signed the contract?  

There could be many reasons for the discrepancy.

I'm fairly sure given the inversion of the partial differentials between the CPI and Libor rates over odd years we see what the discrepancies between that which the inflationary Markov chain indicates compared to normal stochastic methods used to define the tangential M3 money supply divided across Ricardian land scarcity.

Mainly, the discrepancy of $350/month is not all that minor, and the fact that this buyer was misled about important factors is just wrong.

Section 8 does their inspections once a year .... the first time they come out, they will make a list of all the discrepancies .... it will be marked as either a tenant or a landlord discrepancy.  

Any idea on how there could be such a huge discrepancy especially with the sewer payments?

You need to adjust for discrepancies in beds/baths, lot size, home square footage, ammenities, location, etc. many more factors go into adjustments in RE

Your rights are protected by laws, but you need to take reasonable actions toward your goal of clearing credit discrepancies.
