Added to the disappointment was realizing the extent I had to go just to cancel the contracts which I'd accidentally set up for auto-renewal.

Big money is always looking for a good deal to back but what big money does not like to do is all of the required leg work and back and forth negotiations that typically goes on with local municipalities that will approve or disapprove such a proposal, its been done once and I know municiplaities do not like to be disappointed once they have already approved a project to go.

We also took some of the data in 2 other markets where people drove to some of the addresses and found that the houses appeared to all be occupied.ALL THAT SAID - we were not disappointed with their data (the 3 calls I got were true motivated sellers) and I'm not sure how important it really is that the houses be vacant in the first place.
