You can definitely get access to the capital you’ll need, but set the expectation for yourself that it won’t be a cake walk. 

HML lenders want to see a clear path to profit, so ensure your ARV and rehab estimates are solid.For next steps, definitely prioritize a detailed inspection to confirm HVAC and interior needs.

I have amassed a decent network of vendors, so definitely looking at fixer uppers.Eventually, I hope to grow my portfolio to acquire commercial loans for multifamily deals, I haven't started purchasing investment properties, only have my private residence.
