An extra child (daughter) that was never mentioned. 

@Darian Lupton - I purchased a house in Lansing in the East Village complex just west of the Grosbeck area about 5 years ago when my daughter was going to school at MSU. 

Through different mediums we have witnessed how real estate investing has totally changed many individuals lives and since having our daughter 10 months ago we have been slowly adapting to parent life, school, and work while learning real estate investing.

I want my children to learn a lot from my real estate journey so I have my daughter remove all the dead space from my podcast videos which takes a lot of back and forth and she learns a lot in the process.You are correct about spreading knowledge.  

My daughter had her roof done and after having the roof done she has brown water spots in the interior of her home.

Personal relationships aside - he doesn't maintain a very close relationship with his daughter or our family - what could go wrong here?

Seller is the daughter of deceased owner and doesn't seem too open to speaking on details of other possible encumbrances.

My daughter also lives in AZ and I may get her in the mix as well.
