Looking at the type aircraft you know the cruising speed, stall and max speeds, you can slow them or speed them up.

Doesn't mean let them walk all over you.. 4 of my 6 leases won't be up until next year, so it's on cruise control.Your balance with real estate, work, and life?

I am also pretty new to this board but you will like it...cruise as much as you can.

If you do it right, you are on cruise control 80-90% of the time and I'm not paying 8-10% for all those months of doing nothing.
