You have probably heard of many ways to start out because there isn't necessarily 1 exact place to start and many roads can lead you to a great destination.

A three month around the world cruise is really not an option if you have to collect rent and manage your tenants.Honestly I could care less about it being decent for the seller.

I was cruising BP when I discovered MLO's as a means to get into an apartment building that would otherwise be out of my reach.Seems like a great idea!

I know they are more tourist destinations and I'm open to wherever makes sense.

Them and most of the gas giants are only interested in making "destination centers" and will not develop small parcels for convenience, non-gas, stores.

This is my first post on this site, although I have listened to all the podcasts and been cruising the site for a while. 

I DONT want this for my kids and I DONT believe I'm destined to live a poor life just because my families financial state!

Personally  my next investment would be a single family residence with what I have already invested to increase income without some of the overhead of a sober living home if I was cruising solo.  

I can go on a 3 month cruise and NOTHING CHANGES. 

I'm in the Destin area near Eglin AFB in case anyone local knows of someone good to work with.
