We have slowly upgraded the property by adding in a new driveway, walkway, new duct work under the house, updated the landscaping for curb appeal, installed recessed lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house and repainted all the interior rooms.

This basement has a hook up for a full bathroom and also has 9' ceilings throughout.

This ceiling tile is there to cover up some ugly electrical work.

After we purchased the property, there has been water leakage and part of the ceiling came undone as well as the AC stopped working.  

The room has a sloped ceiling that is highest in the middle.

It is a variable rate and to be safe they have a ceiling that they default to.
