I had a seller contact me this week from my direct mail campaign.

Im a wholesaler and I have just sent out a mail campaign for multi family units (2-6 doors).  

Fast forward about 10 months and several marketing campaigns later we've closed our first wholesale deal that netted $8k!

If someone calls me form my direct mail campaign and I cannot answer the phone at the time, am I allowed to call them back if they do not leave me a voicemail or message.

Now I have doubled my efforts and sent out a direct mail campaign to 1,555 absentee owners.

I am getting ready to start a direct mail campaign in my area.

We just started our direct mail campaign 4 or 5 weeks ago.

I got the owner's names from county website, some I need to track down their current mailing address and they will be included in my first direct mail marketing campaign for both VA (flips) and IN (cash flow) market.  

(that one fell through)  I recently restarted that campaign but with a different letter.

Once you say about 6k saved up then you can start a marketing campaign via direct mail.
