Ever since DMZ released text messages where actor Armie Hammer details cannibalistic desires with drinking his ex-girlfriend’s blood and eating her ribs, the actor’s career has been in free fall.

Hi guys, just wanted to thank all of you again for all the suggestions.With blood and sweat :-) I got an extension approved (verbally only) and risked to go with the discussed dates, releasing HOA contingency before I actually got all needed answers... and got it it signed and sent to me literally at the very end of the next day after the settlement day (the seller was away and couldn't sign?)

These 2 things can definitely get your blood pumping and excited.

When we first went into the unit, we found multiple bowling ball size holes in the walls, including seven in the kid's room with lots of blood splattered throughout. 

The one thing I have found out is never say "I may" "I might " because to customers this sounds like a contract written in blood.
