You are right about those problems, they do happen and can be annoying, but I believe you are wrong in your view that these happen often.

You think its too annoying to have to provide a rent receipt?

It's alerts are always out of whack as well with regards to timing of certain things which is annoying.  

So i'm curious how everyone goes about this.. ive been calling them every few weeks, but they seem to be getting annoyed already... so wanted to get an idea how some of yall go about it...Also what CRM are you guys using?

Just a couple of issues with getting utilities in their name which has worked out.The paperwork is kind of annoying but the process is relatively straight forward.

I think the guru bashing is twice as annoying as guru apologizing because all i see is undertones of "damn I wish i was making a million dollars a month too" .....Usually hate is just love and jealousy all at the same damn time.  

There are a lot of senior tourists/snowbirds in this area who get confused/annoyed with Airbnb - they just want to talk to you and mail you a check.  

All that population growth, yada yada yada... dude.. that doesnt justify the annoyances of owning property long sistance.You just need your desired of houses you have set in your goals.
