Eventually cash neutral Is achieved but how long will it take and is there any of that sweat equity still present?

What realistically can be achieved if one starts lean and mean, with couple of thousands of dollars to invest in marketing and pick up as things move forward?  

@Zach Kirchoff I second @Jay Hinrichs in being impressed at your achieving a $350k LOC, that is not an easy feat in that industry segment what so ever. 

I believe it is more work than a rehab but with a rehab I can brrrr and potentially achieve infinite return
