My question is does anyone know if you have separate voice mails for each of them or do they go to the voice mail of the phone your are sending the calls?

After our conversation, I did look up and find an academic paper that generally found no consistent correlation between interest rates and cap rates.

Get a google voice number, and use it as your voice mailbox.Filter calls, and ignore most of them.

@Jon Adams  First, I would put a phone number in the ad, using a Google Voice number pointing to voicemail.

Was firm in voice but not warm.

@Nicholas Miller is correct: most of their money is coming from academic funding (not to mention mom and dad) so they are an excellent tenant pool in the right areas. 

I believe that I've created a fun and memorable voice for our brand and I'm very intrigued with this level of marketing.  

The more quality contacts you make (email, voice mail, handl shakes, etc.) the better. 

Hey guys I'm just getting started and I went to set up Google voice and noticed a lot of news stories that said Google voice would be removed in the coming months.  

I made some calls to local Title companies and when I asked if they did double closings, their tone of voice turned from "happy happy joy joy thanks for calling, how can i help you" to "oh no you didn't just ask if we do THAT!!!"
