@Jim Francis that is what I have been putting in all of my apartments here in the Berwyn and Cicero area when I gut reno them.

@ Timothy   , check city plans for expansion or future build ups   , a lot of bad neighborhoods now are gonna get a make over , so might be a good opp on bad neighborhood homes  , check with a local realtor in Lawton , they are good help on future plans for Lawton  , hope that helps , thanks
