@Shyam Sridharan if I understand correctly this is essentially the interior buildout of a new construction retail space?

This is still pretty complicated. 

What im hoping to gain from this group is knowledge i cant find anywhere else, i hope to meet people that i can help and people that can help me, I hope i can form good friendships on here, and i hope to find my first rental.

There are many markets that fit this description.

This is a two-sided beast. 

When I submit the offer I’m thinking of lowballing though to see what their counter would be.
