Whenever I ask the property manager they say this is currently sitting with the HA and that once it gets resolved the HA will pay for all these months.Is it normal for this to take this long?

I thought I officially retired in 2018 at 30 (had the party and everything.. ha)Traveled full time for 9 months internationally- unforeseen circumstances forced me back to the states for a bit but on the bright side, I’ve almost doubled my doors in the last 18 months.

(Ha I laugh because Dawn is crushing it and I don't hold a candle to her knowledge and experience, i mean just look at our posts & votes).

Even help me with practice on shortening up the details of it ha. some other topics would be areas of interest, market discussions, etc...I'm in the north austin area and don't mind driving to convenient areas in case everyone is south.

There was a shoot-out at a HA house out in the country here between 2 rival gangs.....over 1700 shots fired and no one was hit.

Ha anyone invested in those areas?
