I don't go that far east personally, all my business as a realtor & investor is from Navarre to Perdido Key/ State Line but I do know some folks in the market in PC/B and I really like that area.  

USAA, who I have umbrella coverage with and love working with, said they may be able to put something like this through their underwriting once I am up for renewal in March but I don't want to wait to fill the property or go without coverage in the meantime.

Would a remodel be the difference between a B and a C tenant?

My lease to my apartment isn’t up until March ‘19.

I requested that repairs be made before closing that would be a long term fix to the foundation issues.At first, the seller tried to pull a fast one on me and push through minor "band-aid" level repairs instead of legitimate long term fixes while feigning ignorance.

So I've decided to just pay the payments on the personal loan until the seasoning period is up in feb or march. 

One of my friend told me that if the closing date is like in March or after, I need to pay the property taxes on Land ONLY for that first year as the builder did not finish the construction and valuation is done only for land at the beginning of the year.

I installed a ductless 2200 BTU Gree split system in March 2017 in an 800 square foot unit in warm and sunny Los Angeles.
