But the sellers were able to leave the money with more money by not doing business with the "pickpocket".In one area that I did a lot of wholesaling in during the late seventies, and early eighties, the wholesalers had sort of a MLS, and greedy, or unethical guys were given the label "pickpockets" and not allowed to play with us.

I have not had any problems to date.I will say that this type of structure does cause a lot of extra paperwork when buying out of the country, but thats a different topic.The bottom line is this, people are greedy and sue happy.

I recall the couple mentioned above, same stuff, get rich schemes in various ploys.I agree, money is the root of their evilness, the greed is apparent but consider that it's not them that creates the market, it's also about the greed and laziness or lack of awareness of those they cater too.

I would like to pick these up for 80% retail which sound greedy but if we partner there are a lot of benefits for both parties.
