For an attorney I would personally recommend @Derek Martin He is great to work with.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

Personally I think educational degrees are the same, you only use 15-20% of what you learn, it would cover all aspects of dev but nothing specific or not only what you need, I'm actually looking for a good program like that, but I would like to only enroll in modules or so.
