For an attorney I would personally recommend @Derek Martin  He is great to work with.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

Hey Ian,Right now I am enrolled in RealEstateExpress and so far so good (Start chapter 4 of 20) tomorrow.

So I enrolled in a taxation masters of all things and took an elective course in Real Estate Investing.

Does anyone know if you can rent to a family member that is enrolled in the program?  

Personally I think educational degrees are the same, you only use 15-20% of what you learn, it would cover all aspects of dev but nothing specific or not only what you need, I'm actually looking for a good program like that, but I would like to only enroll in modules or so.
