Right now I am liking pickle-ball courts as it is the fastest growing sport in the US.It is very, very important to understand all the revenue and expense variables and then to have peers cross-check your analysis.

Can I deduct expenses (utilities, mortgage interest, taxes, etc.) on a Schedule E for my 2023 taxes?

@Aubrey E AlleyneI got a quote from Kin for a good price, but that's after I replace the roof.I asked around and just got a quote for 3500 before I replace the roof, which is doable for a month.

A short term rental upstairs would be an amazing idea however the area in tahoe of which we are located is seasonal market as there arent too many things to here besides skiing and winter sports.

Beyond maintenance a good PM software will auto assign late fees, e sign leases, have integrated applications and leasing and much more!
