This may be a good place to inject this story...There was a Chinese lady in the suburban Chicago Renatus community (before it was Renatus, BTW) who spoke only broken English, yet she was able to help others find their way to the community.

Storage-type businesses for logistics and warehouses (not self-storage) were being marketed like crazy to hold all those Chinese products that are now being constrained. 

But when I went to college, I studied Chinese and Korean and realized I wanted to study abroad.

.- The Chinese are still buying but focusing on commercial properties.- Supply still outstrips demand.

There are many "knock down" Chinese cabinet sellers in the Bay Area that use full wood construction. 

Just like the Chinese are doing in droves...I always kind of laughed at this whole cash flow discussion..
