Wouldn’t hurt for the homeowner/seller to open the line of communication with Chase about their intentions to get the ball rolling.

I know enough about its condition to ball park the work needed to bring it back online not as a Project HUD (that ship has sailed) but as 'good' C-Class property.

I don't want to demotivate you but instead of low balling offers especially in a sellers market, try to do your numbers properly using either the BP calculator or other calculators out there.

I've heard ranges before but I'd like to hear from you guys.your in the ball park  lots are usually 1/4 to 1/5 th of the sale price unless your in the SF peninsula and there they are invertedlots are 2 mil  build 750 sell for 4 mil..
