Did you automate/outsource these methods or do you do much of it yourself?

I use Beyondpricing.com to automate the pricing so it fluctuates throughout the seasons--that has helped immensely in keeping it booked.  

I'm still doing this manually, which is motivating me to find a way to automate the task :)

I am not a stock guy but, anything that has to do with automated transportation seems like a great stock to get into now.

If I had more then I would look at them for more automation.

Even if you use all the best automative procedures, unless you have a CEO or small operation with a handful of properties, you will need to put a significant amount of time into your business.

I work very hard at being very lazy by systematizing and automating the vast majority of my business.

Let me be VERY clear… if this makes you want to try and jump into the game, our market in CB is extremely hot and competitive, but the underlying concepts of using data from a good source like AirDNA, and a data-driven approach to management, staging, operating, streamlining, and automation work pretty much anywhere.

I want to be able to automate and streamline as much as possible.Thanks,David
