I am not accusing this author of it per se, but why is it often the case that someone comes in with no previous content and no picture making that kind of statement? 

She's making excuses, accusing you of bad behavior, and giving false threats of attorney action as a defense mechanism.

We are witnessing it happening in real time.

The other issue is you could actually be accused by the bank of stealing the money loaned to the LLC if the loan ever goes into default.

Interesting and no I have never witnessed this scenario.
