Do you typically provide a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer for tenants?

New flooring, new paint, open concept (remove walls), washer dryer in unit, SS appliances, tile bathrooms, etc.

In my experience, if you buy commercial-grade washers and dryers, they are very dependable and you will be surprised by the revenue they generate.

My plan so far is to fence the back yard, redo the kitchen cabinets and counter tops (quartz), add washer/dryer, add dishwasher and microwave, and maybe redo the floors (currently vinyl sheet) but I doubt this will get me $9K on the appraisal.

Currently I do have washer and dryer in both units, electric as well.

Could you include some appliances like washer/dryer?
