Too many unknowns and what if’s.

(Though in retrospect I'm not sure why I panicked because we had plenty of cash from the sale and savings; I think it was the general fear of unknown and unplanned).I agree with what everyone else has already stated:  continue to learn and to network locally. 

Lots of things that are unknown.

I would prefer that to having occupants in my home for an unknown period.

There were also a few plumbing unknowns that arose with the first tenant.

If they won't give you access, ask for a substantial discount to cover unknowns.

The Unknown is the scary part.

I discover a totally unknown world for me.

I know we were debating pulling out & moving the door on a split master bath but the drywall repair relocating the wiring and the unknown we will run into we decided against. 

Now don't get me wrong it may not be 100% spot on, but it should be big enough to cover for contingencies and unknowns.
