@Brian Tremaine I grew up in Cupertino and by the time I went into the housing market 1977 houses in Cupertino had surpassed 100k.. and as a new RE Agent I could not buy were I was raised neither could any of my friends.

Its not supposition or speculation I have done it all and continue to do it all in that particular market.Although I entered Cleveland last june and I think we are surpassing deal number 20 there but these are your vanilla buy and holds.. we have had no problem selling them to investors they are sold before they are done.. cash flow numbers work as good if not better there than in say Memphis or St.
