I havent paid for the subscription to get more details but looks like it could be valuable once you decide on a city you want to invest in. 

Going forward, I won't be paying for an annual VRBO subscription anymore.

Are there subscriptions you have that you barely use?

There are lists they will sell to you about coming properties and $ realized by subscription only.  

All are great sources, but there are so many other sources for finding deals and I have always been tempted by the websites with subscription services. 

So many subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, gym membership, etc) are all auto pay so I dont think it will be a shock.

Do you feel that there could be a market for a screening service that is separate from the representation by an agent that could be had for a nominal fee on a per property basis or a subscription service. 

Do I need to pay for an entire year subscription to get these?
