Property and Profit Screening Service

As an investor and agent with a moderate amount of experience projecting ARV and analyzing deals, I find that many of my clients and potential investors simply do not have the time to spend walking properties in person and that do so is a part of making an offer that is reflective of accurate expenses and also a realistic ARV. Also there are many investors that have a friend or family member who may not have the experience needed to provide these estimate, however they feel obligated to use them for the purchase due to existing relationships. Do you feel that there could be a market for a screening service that is separate from the representation by an agent that could be had for a nominal fee on a per property basis or a subscription service. I would love to hear your inputs and thoughts

What would you want from such a service ?

What would you be willing to pay for such a service ?

What type of Information would you want to have provided to you ?
