here is my reply to this about Kris Krohn, for me I don't like many of them charging money for stuff, but when I can call or Text Kris about my deals and he answers thats big to me. 

prison's are full of those that did loan fraud during the GFC and even today.. this is something you want to be careful about.. silent seconds and all this stuff.. 

Works really well when we could also line it up the day a unit went vacant so we could handle all the dumb stuff that they charge so much for in a turnover, then let their crew handle what we didn't want to do.

Although the odds of something bad happening are slim.....stuff does happen.If you could find out who is in charge of this you could at least sign sort of agreement regarding liability....?

If he says it is good stuff I believe it.

The company helps with the rest of the stuff like rent collection, late payment follow up, advertising vacant units, showings, tenant screening, leasing, renewals, reports, and evictions (which is a corner case).

Brand Turner, David Greene, J Scott, they all say don't pay for that stuff if they give it to you free from the comfort of your own laptop.
