I thought that was very strange.

All sorts of strange things can happen that induce risk to you and subsequently your lender.

The debt to income ratio would then not have that debt to consider.OTOH, it also seems very strange for someone to have a parent co-sign a car lease 2-3 years ago, and then try to purchase a property. 

I find it really strange that my home has not been booked considering how well it's ranked and how many views its had.

In todays world BE is about right.For some strange reason Palms Places is better than BE.

Strangely enough this one was not an ancient home either (built in the late 70s) and is worth pretty good money (150's now, was 200's at one time).
