From what I've gathered in forums, there is a trend towards transitioning from coin-operated to cashless systems.

Also looking at neighborhood trends.

But I may not be as in tune with the market trends as the rest of the professionals. 

So work with someone who can guide you through the maze of neighborhoods, numbers, types of properties, trends . . . :-)

Not surprised by this trend and I expect it to continue.I'm picking up a new duplex in Detroit next month. 

If anything, I've noticed a small price adjustment in slightly lower list prices, but it's hard to tell when you're waiting for a trend to occur whether a handful of new listings now represent the entire market as a whole.
