So I worked three jobs - a newspaper route starting at 4 AM, then a 9-5 job and then I went to the football stadium and sold beer at night.

CBU, for instance, is building a stadium in the next few years.

I know there are areas that could use some building up, mainly areas south of the Mercedes Benz stadium: Oakland City and East Point or even west of West Midtown.

I personally invest in north Arlington near the stadiums, college, and theme parks.

The Rams moving in and the football stadium itself mean pretty little IMHO (as much as I like it as a child Rams fan). 

I've seen GRM around 5-8 depending on property and location.The Paramount theater seems pretty cool as does the Hoosier stadium.  

We have world class soccer stadiums and training facilities (Sporting KC, KC Current), as well as a huge soccer fan base.There are major infrastructure and development projects going on in the urban core that will transform KC over the next 4 years leading up to hosting the World Cup.- New international airport (completion 2023)- New Kansas City Current women's soccer stadium- New women's soccer training facility- New Royals downtown baseball stadium (TBD)- New downtown baseball entertainment district (TBD)- Street car extension to the Plaza- Street car extension to NKC (TBD)- New Buck O'Neil Bridge (2024)- Old Buck O'Neil Bridge Renovation/Park (TBD)- Arrowhead Stadium renovations to accommodate World Cup- Arrowhead Stadium entertainment district???

I recently bought a house in Arlington, Texas, very close to the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers stadiums.

Time to quit building 12000 seat football stadiums and indoor practice fields. 

There is simply just not enough housing to go around in the central core.And I haven't even mentioned the downtown/Kstreet Mall/Stadium yet.
