Will they be prepared to address retirements and disposition?

She has been trying to BORROW the funds she needs $550K to pay off the Husband and another $300K of additional funds (Totaling $850K) so that she has the EXTRA borrowed funds to be able to make 2-3 years of payments on the financing (versus raiding her retirement account).

I am in Vegas so the market is somewhat stable and has good demand so selling isn't too difficult here.

I would not place San Diego on a listed with difficult permits or inspectors (but have encountered some arrogant ones who seem to like the power they yield but I figure it is because they have a civil servant job that will not pay significant dividends until they retire in city pension. 

I’m active duty Air Force (for less than six months) before retiring after 30 years.

I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week with an early retirement, so i want something to do on the side that will turn into my new job at 40.

Husband and wife agents with luxury brand, own a construction business, licensed General Contractor, retired army officer, successful spec projects in 2004(money was easy then).
