Every first of the month all the blood in my body rushes to my head :)Am I still happy being a landlord?

I actully had to ask my 3rd tenant to find another palce to live beacuse the other 2 were leaving, and i wasnt able to find replacements.Also like others said, there are zoning laws on how many non-blood relatives can live together under the same roof. 

@Christopher Lim look at how much debt does tenant 1 have; and is the cosigner a blood relative?

It's a blood bath out there right now and you can't buy a house in that area unless you are offering all cash and waving contingencies. 

Not that they are all cold-blooded lizards, but its in their best interest to write offers that will get accepted.
