When I am looking at FSBO listings, I jump on the ones with typos first because I believe it reflects on a lack of professionalism and education (although we all make mistakes, don't anyone be offended by this), signaling people that I can get a better deal from for my clients.If you want to change the way things are said, I'd maybe argue against that, but having to make typo corrections shouldn't be an issue.
