Having recently transferred to a new department, I am able to take advantage of the radio silence in the machine and listen to 7-8 Bigger Pockets Podcasts per shift!

There was a time when a traveling nurse wanted a 7 am check in (after her shift), and a late check out, 6pm  (before her second shift) and wanted to book one night.

Every day I wish I had "opened up my eyes" and picked up a book instead of an extra shift at work in my 20's after college.  

The CU's in Minnesota have good rates if your eyes ever shift to this part of the country.

The new buyers were either shifting lots cash from some place else and were not worried about returns vs. asking price,   or are expecting to get around $2K per unit in a seattle suburb.  

We had the architect come in and draw up the plans for each unit because we wanted to make bathrooms bigger, shift kitchens, etc.

@Ann Bellamy If you do not mind, could you please go into detail of what macroeconomical trends you follow/analyze/shift through when determining where we're at in a cycle?

I currently own a property in Commerce MI that my family live in and cant be used as an investment vehicle  =(  Momma says no..I had this shift in thinking about 3 months ago about where my life should be headed. 

The risks I saw to purchasing the home with the seller carrying the note and living rent free is that liability now shifts to me as the landlord.   

You are shifting the AC unit maintenence to yourself by doing this.
