well, anyone that types in "we buy houses" to sell a house, was obviously looking for a "we buy houses company" right?

Need to buy all again.Had stocked packed linen closet but not anymore..need to stock again. 

Later I was able to buy the vacant lot between for a grand total of about 2.4 acres.All the houses are in bad shape.

I am continuing to buy residential properties.

Use the HELOC on cash-generating opportunities like flips, then use the cash generated to buy long-term buy and hold investments. 

And there are no counties that ban out of state investors buying investment properties.
