Its also a great way to increase values in a market since newer homes sales offer higher sale prices.

Hi @Konstantinos Lembesis When Settling on a market develop some metrics that you can not only measure the market you are interested in but others that you havn't considered yet. 

The investors I know finding properties on the MLS are making 30+ offers a week, embarassing offers, in hopes of finding 1 or 2 properties a month.Others are door knocking, cold calling, spending money on mailers to find off market properties.  

Beyond that, real estate is largely local; in my market we are not seeing anywhere near those numbers.

I plan to manage the properties myself until it conflicts with my regular job.I would appreciate any advice on these markets to ensure success and connect with local investors.    

Remember syndicators are marketers first and operators (sometimes) a distant second.
