I have scouring NC real estate law looking for some clarification.

I have keep scouring Loopnet as well for 2-4 unit multi-families as I am interested in them as well if the numbers work. 

You have to scour the country and be willing to work though.

Currently have 2 rentals and looking to expand through either turnkey or light cosmetic BRRRR (no walls being moved, etc.) but as I continue to scour through deals from agents/wholesalers, etc., it appears the market is super hot and im getting deals 75-80% ARV so it will leave me with a good chunk of money still left in the deal, but if its a good property and #s are right, im still buying those.

He lives with his fiance and she does not charge him rent (bank statements, etc, were scoured by the underwriter for anything that resembled him paying rent!).

I’ve been scouring for a couple hours, but haven’t found anything I like yet.

This building has high fees already at about $7/sqft but it includes nearly everything (electric, trash removal, HVAC, roofing repairs, landscaping, snow removal, etc).I apologize if some of these things seem like novice questions but I have scoured the internet without finding clear answers!

As it is I am scouring every "regular" source and not finding what I need.
