28’ wide 2 car garage front entry spec

I have a rather narrow 50’ lot with 10’ setbacks. Looking for a roughly 28’ wide plan 2 car front entry garage with 2100-2500 sq ft. Can’t be much longer than 60’. anybody have one or know of one? I’ve been scouring for a couple hours, but haven’t found anything I like yet. Ideally, I’d love for it to have a nice elevation that looks like it was built this decade! Found some older ones that screamed 70s and 80s. If anyone knows of great house plan sites I’d appreciate the heads up, but all the big ones on google I’ve been through.
