To be a good wholesaler, you have to build your buyer and property scale at the same time.

I am trying to create a system around the transactions itself from writing the contract, coordinating title, marketing the property, to exactly who needs to be contacted and when...to me thats the only way to scale!

This is their job and presumably through my vetting process, I have found great operators - they are much better at managing the assets and economies of scale than I could ever be. 

Like Matthew, I am only interested in the east coast with a 'small scale' new Qualifying Facility where I would retain ownership; ITCs, SRECs, etc.
