About to close on my 3rd HH which will put me at $2.4 mil in RE holdings in 4 years.

I have been researching the Huntsville market for some time now, and one day I realized that there were a lot of rental listings on Zillow that had been sitting for more than 100 days, which is a red flag to me.

The building was built prior to 1938, so there is no certificate of occupancy issued; not sure if that helps me at all.Thank you.

That's sort of funny, sort of a red flag for me. 

The difference in price between two reps at the same company should already raise red flags for you. 

Morning BP, Just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Ed for helping me out with a title issue that I had that cost me at a 3-4 buyers on a property in which was assigning the contract.  

If the City discovers the illegal dwellings they will most definitely Red-Flag them.

Everyone should read the entire series of posts on X but to highlight the two largest red flags:1) They had to raise millions of dollars to fund the operational shortfall of the investment while still falsely claiming to investors a 5% average annual cashflow.

Overall, it looks like a beautiful property but the listing is stagnant and raises red flags no matter how great it looks.

So far, no big red flags.
